Mr. Gurevitch joined Pollogen in 2008, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in sales. Prior to joining Pollogen, Mr. Gurevitch served as Vice President of Sales for Europe and Asia at Radiancy Ltd., a medical aesthetics company. Prior to this, he served as Director of Sales for Europe at Sunlight Medical. Mr. Gurevitch has extensive managerial experience and specializes in managing worldwide distribution networks.

Before joining Pollogen in 2011 Dr. Amikam Gershonowitz served as VP R&D at Perfaction Technologies, an aesthetic medical company that develops skin rejuvenation devices. Previously, he was Chief Scientist for Transpharma Medical, a pharma and medical device company, and prior to that he served as VP of R&D for Epigenesis, developer of a bio-artificial liver device. Gershonowitz holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem

Ms. Michele Michaeli has vast experience in marketing, business development, and consumer retail. Prior to joining Pollogen in 2014, Ms. Michaeli served as VP Marketing and Business Development at Medisim, a medical device company that develops non-invasive thermometry for home and professional use. Previously, Ms. Michaeli was Marketing and Sales Manager of Israel Museum products, where she was responsible for merchandising of the museum’s collections. Ms. Michaeli holds an MBA in Business Administration Edinburgh Business School and a B.A. in Communications University of South Africa

Mr. Rousso joined Pollogen in 2008, and is responsible for Technical Support Services. He has over 10 years of experience in Telecom & Medical device Maintenance, Management and Field Support services. Previously, Mr. Rousso was the Global Customer Service Manager for Radiancy, a leader in the aesthetic and medical market. Prior to Radiancy, he was Technical Support Team Leader with Initia / Direx Medical Systems. Mr. Rousso holds a Bachelor's degree in Electricity & Electronics from The University Centre Of Samaria, Ariel, Israel.

Mr. Shaul Dromi has acquired over 20 years of experience in operations and supply chain management in the hi-tech and medical device industries. Prior to joining Pollogen in 2010, Mr. Dromi served as Supply Chain Manager at the RISCO Group which manufactures and markets end-to-end solutions for the surveillance and security market. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Derby University and studied Industrial Management Engineering in Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Mark Rubin has acquired over 13 years of experience in business development, marketing, and technology in the medical device and hi-tech sectors. Before joining Pollogen in October 2017, Mr. Rubin served as International Business Development and Marketing Manager at EarlySense, a provider of monitoring solutions for the medical and consumer digital health markets. Previously, Mr. Rubin was Category Manager at Radiancy, a developer and manufacturer of aesthetic and dermatological devices. Mr. Rubin holds a degree in Physiotherapy Ben Gurion University.

Mr. Moshe Strass has acquired over 15 years of experience in corporate economic and commercial aspects in the hi-tech and medical device industries. Before joining Pollogen, Mr. Strass served as Finance Project Management Officer at Lumenis, a global medical aesthetics devices provider. Previously, Mr. Strass was Manager in the financial advisory services at KPMG, leading various advisory projects, including corporate valuations, financial and commercial due diligence, benchmark analyses, and structuring short and long-term executive compensation mechanisms and policies. Mr. Strass holds a B.A in finance from the College of Management.

Mr. Yigal Harel has acquired over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs in the medical device and hi-tech sectors. Before joining Pollogen, Mr. Harel served as Lead auditor and Technical File Reviewer at Notified Body DEKRA Certification BV. Previously, Mr. Harel was Director of QA, RA and Engineering at Radiancy, a developer and manufacturer of aesthetic and dermatological devices. Mr. Harel holds a degree in Electronics engineering, B.A. in Business Administration in the Open University in Tel-Aviv and a Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality.

Roy Weiss possesses more than 15 years of experience in diverse product management roles in leading B2B and B2C companies across a range of industries, driving the development of AI-based software and IoT products. Prior to joining Pollogen, he served as a Director of Products at OrCam Technologies, where he leveraged computer vision and AI to enhance the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of individuals who are visually impaired or have reading difficulties. He also held the position of VP of Products at Voiceitt, spearheading the development of an AI-powered product that helps individuals with speech difficulties to regain their social independence and communication abilities. Mr. Weiss earned a degree in International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Mr. Shechtman joined Pollogen in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D and project management environment . Prior to joining Pollogen, Mr. Shechtman served as senior project manager in Neuroderm (Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Group), HUD project management in Pollogen, Mechanic group & Project manager in Nova Measuring Instruments. Mr. Shechtman holds a B.Sc. in mechanic engineering & M.B.A from Ben-Gurion University, Beer-Sheva, Israel.
